Pre-requisites:
- The battery must be charged above 50%
- Take a back up of your data to an external source
- USB Data Cable

Install TWRP Recovery using ODIN
Step 1: Turn off your Samsung Galaxy A70
Step 2: Reboot to Download Mode. Press Volume Down + Power Button together for few seconds until you see a green coloured screen.
Step 3: We hope you have installed ODIN software on your computer. Run it as administrator.
Step 4: Now connect your Samsung Galaxy A70 to your computer with the help of USB Data Cable.
Step 5: Once you have connected the USB cable, a blue sign in ODIN will appear and in the form of ID: COM section with the USB port number.
Step 6: Now add the TWRP recovery, which is in the .tar format that you have downloaded.

Step 8: Leave everything as it is and do not tick the “Re-partition” under the options tab. You can uncheck the “Auto Reboot” if you want.
Step 9: Now click on “Start” and wait for some time until you see the message stating “PASS”.
Step 10: Reboot your Samsung Galaxy A70 to recovery mode by pressing Volume Up + Power Button together for few seconds.

How To Root Samsung Galaxy A70
To root Samsung Galaxy A70, you need a few things. As we already have TWRP custom recovery installed, we need Magisk to root the device. Follow the instructions below.
Step 1: Download the latest Magisk zip file and copy it to the internal storage of your smartphone.
Step 2: Reboot to TWRP. Turn off your mobile and then press Volume Up + Power button together for a few seconds.
Step 3: Go to Install and select the Magisk Zip file.
Step 4: Next, Swipe to flash and wait for the process to complete.
Step 5: Go back and reboot to the system.
